Diasec Options
Diasec is a fluid gluing method with acrylic. No film is used. There are different acrylics possible.
Gloss
Diasec is normally faced with 3mm clear acrylic.
Five times stronger than ordinary float glass. But less than half the weight.
Anti-Reflective
Diasec can also be faced with anti-reflective acrylic. This is non-reflecting acrylate and has a similar satin structure than a photograph with a mat finish.
TruLife
TruLife is a single side coated acrylic with a non glaring surface like museumglas for framings. The uncoated side is suitable for the fluid mounting system that Diasec uses.
